On Tuesday, December 14, 2010, an unknown group of terrorists broke into the home of a Christian family in the Darkazliya district of Mosul, and abducted the daughter Robina Tareq Petros Alqas Touma. The family is originally from Baghdeda. Robina is 21 years-old and a student in the Technical Institute of Mosul. She is engaged and the wedding was planned after the Christmas holidays.
According to sources, Robina was taken by the terrorist group and handed to another terrorist group. The security forces have captured the first group who abducted Robina and is now attempting to find and capture the second group, who is holding her.
