Fund Raising for the Re-election of Jan Shakowsky to US Congress. (En)

The dinner was held in the Eden?s Banquets on Sunday October 27th at 5:00 P.M.
The fund raising was sponsored by ACCR to help Congresswoman Shakowsky get
re-elected and solicit Assyrian votes and financial help. Some 200 people from different Assyrian organizations and individuals attended the dinner.
Congresswoman Shakowsky met Assyrian Delegation AWYOOTA, prior to dinner, to discuss matters concerning them locally and abroad. In her speech she said she was touched by the warm reception and she would continue to work closely with Assyrian organizations.
