“Kurds probably contributed to empire’s cultural wealth annihilation. We feel ashamed when looking at our Armenian and Assyrian brothers,” Mr. T\u00fcrk stressed, adding that Kurds are always ready to apologize for their misdeeds and fight for world peace.
Last December, 200 Turkish intellectuals launched an Internet campaign under the slogan “Armenians Forgive Us!”, with over 30 thousand people to sign the appeal.
