\nAlsumaria held a dinner gathering in honor of the official Kurdish delegation and Kurdistani senior businessmen delegation visiting Lebanon to participate in the conference called for by the Kurdistani-Lebanese friendship association. The conference is aimed to increase job opportunities and investments in Iraq in general and Kurdistan in particular. Alsumaria CEO Mr. Chafic Tabet warmly welcomed the delegation in Lebanon and affirmed that Alsumaria TV seeks to shatter all obstacles between Iraqis as well as between Iraq and the Arab world. Kurdistan Tourism Minister Namroud Betto thanked Alsumaria TV for its heartfelt welcome and praised the Lebanese\u2019 earnest greeting. For his part, chairman of the Kurdistani-Lebanese friendship association MP Khasro Mohammed wished to strengthen and consolidate Iraqi-Lebanese ties even further. In his turn, Iraqi Ambassador to Beirut Omar Al Barzenji hailed Alsumaria application in conveying a unified image of Iraqis that brings together Arabs, Kurds, Muslims and Christians. Ambassador Barzenji handed Mr. Chafic Tabet a first degree award in tribute to Alsumaria efforts in following up Iraq developments from inside and outside the country, while applauding Alsumaria\u2019s distinct trail in the recent coverage of provincial elections.
