We hold the de-facto authority and its security services legally responsible for the abduction, and we demand his immediate release, and we hold them responsible for any physical or psychological harm to which he is exposed.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">The abduction in broad daylight clearly indicates who is the perpetrator, which is the only party that monopolizes arms and power in the region, and is therefore responsible for protecting the security of citizens.
